MS Group of Companies stands as one of the most remarkable success stories in Pakistan's poultry industry. It all began with Ch Irfan Ghani, a determined individual from the small town of Khanpur, District Rahim Yar Khan. With a vision and persistent drive, he transformed his dreams into reality, establishing MS GROUP and revolutionizing the poultry sector across the country.

Our Services At MS GROUP, we understand every client is different—that’s why we offer a variety of services to meet your specific needs.

1. Poultry Breeding:

Across Pakistan, MS’ Group operates 38 state-of-the-art breeder farms where trained staff raises the parent stock. The breeding stocks are maintained according to International standards. These standards include environment-controlled poultry houses equipped with modern ventilation, cooling, heating, feeding, and drinking systems. To minimize the risk of disease transmission, a meticulously designed biosecurity program is strictly implemented at all breeder farms.

2. Hatcheries:

MS’ Group operates 5 hatcheries which are equipped with modern cooling, heating, and humidification systems that provide an optimal environment for chick growth, in line with International standards. Only healthy, fertilized eggs are placed in disinfected incubators for 18 days. The eggs are then transferred to hatchers, where chicks emerge after a 3-day incubation period. Our total broiler day-old chick (DOC) production per annum is 6 million.

3. Broiler Farms:

MS’ Group has a total broiler growing capacity of 27 million birds per annum, with an annual broiler placement of 24 million. At MS’ Group, all birds are provided with unrestricted access to quality feed and water to ensure proper growth, which is a crucial aspect of animal welfare practices. Every day, our broiler farms send 100,000 – 110,000 birds to our customers.

4. Feed Mills:

This is an important component of the vertical integration process. MS GROUP is one of the few poultry service providers in Pakistan that relies on its own feed mills to fulfill the nutritional requirements of chicks. The feed production process revolves around a balanced formulation of essential vitamins, minerals, and natural greens. Stringent quality control mechanisms are followed throughout the entire process

MS GROUP started in 1990, with a simple goal: to provide high-quality poultry products. We began as both a broiler farmer and an agency, focusing on hard work and customer satisfaction. Over the years, we've built a strong reputation for delivering excellent service and maintaining the best standards in the poultry industry.

Control Shed

MS GROUP entered Control Shed Poultry Farming, adopting modern technology to maintain the ideal environment for the birds. This resulted in healthier poultry, increased efficiency, and improved product quality.

Expansion

In 2012, MS GROUP took a significant step forward by expanding our operations and gaining control over more than 200 poultry sheds. This strategic move allowed us to enhance our production capacity, improve operational efficiency, and strengthen our position in the poultry industry. The expansion played a key role in supporting our vertical integration process and ensuring greater control over feed production, chick management, and overall quality.

Feed Mills

MS GROUP took a significant step forward in 2022 with the establishment of MS Feed, a state-of-the-art feed mill designed to meet the growing demand for high-quality poultry feed. The new facility allowed MS GROUP to produce nutritious feed tailored to the needs of its broiler farming operations, ensuring better growth and health for its poultry.

BREEDER FARMING

In 2025, MS GROUP launched breeder farming, expanding its presence in the poultry industry. The startup focuses on breeding high-quality poultry to meet growing market demand and support long-term growth.
